1. Right of Refusal REMED FACILITY MANAGEMENT L.L.C (“REMED” or the “Company”) reserves the right to refuse service to any client for inappropriate conduct. Any inappropriate behavior or language during service will result in immediate termination of service. The Company reserves the right to define inappropriate conduct or language at its discretion.
2. Payment Information All treatments and services must be paid for in full at the time of booking or availing the service. Prepaid packages must be paid in full prior to the first session.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy REMED has a strict cancellation policy. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in the full charge for the session. If the client has a prepaid package, the missed session will be deducted from the remaining package balance.
REMED does not offer refunds for any services, treatments, or products purchased at the facility or online. If a client wishes to discontinue a package of treatments or services, they may be eligible for a credit note, which must be used within 9 months. Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed against certain services, including injectable aesthetic procedures, supplements, or retail products.
If a refund is requested for a package purchased at a discount or as part of a promotion, REMED reserves the right to determine the final credit note amount at its discretion.
4. Late Arrivals We strive to accommodate late arrivals; however, in certain cases, arriving late may result in a reduced consultation time, rescheduling, or cancellation of the appointment.
5. Offers and Promotions
- All offers and promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Offers and promotions are subject to availability and expiry dates.
- Complementary and gift vouchers must only be used by the intended recipient. Clients may be required to present a valid ID to redeem their vouchers.
- REMED reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers at its discretion without prior notice.

7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
